Below is a listing of the Policies and Procedures that are relevant to our British Columbia Golf Championships and Events

B.C. Golf takes great pride in the quality of its competitions, which would not be possible without the active support and assistance of its provincial partners, host facilities and broad community involvement at each competition. In order to continue making B.C. Golf competitions enjoyable for everyone, all players are required to adhere to the B.C. Golf Player of Conduct.

British Columbia Golf permits caddies at some of our competitions. The Committee restricts that all caddies must be at least 12 years of age. In a stroke play competition, a player is prohibited from having another competitor as a caddie.

Registration Deadline:
All registrations for events must be submitted by the Monday prior to the scheduled tournament day. Registrations submitted after this deadline will not be accepted. -
Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be accepted until the end of day on the Monday prior to the scheduled tournament date. All numbers for the tournament, including staffing and golf course reservations, are planned and finalized based on the registration count. As such, any refund requests will be forfeited after this.
